Our annual Lake/Hunting Friend Christmas party was held at our house this year. It was so much fun. We loved decorating, cooking, and preparing for the bash! My trees are all up….
The “everything” tree: Has all the kids ornaments from over the years. Also our ornaments that we’ve collected from vacation spots and interesting themes.
The Snowman Tree: I LOVE snowmen! I have a huge collection of snowmen ornaments. I get really cute ornaments from students every year.. a lot of them are snowmen.
The Razorback Tree: Any house in Arkansas is not complete without a collection of Razorback ornaments and lights! This is a smaller tree, but the collection is growing!
The Hunting Tree: With boys in my house that hunt all the time, it’s only fitting that one tree in the house is for the great outdoors!
We had to move around some furniture to have enough room for tables and chairs for everyone.
Mama, Ann, and I all have the same Christmas dish pattern, so combining our sets gave me enough for the whole party! Notice the little stockings for the utencils? Mama made those for me! Aren’t they cute?
We set up the drink, appetizers, and dessert table outside…Chip was “watching the fire” for me. Fire pit was very important! Baby, it’s cold outside!
This is our redneck fire pit….can you figure out what it’s made from? :) Those holes in the side really put out a lot of heat!
Our menu for that night was Grilled pork loin, hashbrown casserole, green beans, corn on the cob, salad and rolls. AND LOTS of desserts!
