Of all the hunting seasons there are, I do believe that Chip loves squirrel hunting the best….I never had any doubts that the boys wouldn’t win the tournament, but the fact that they were able to break their own records was beyond any expectations! The won the tournament with 95 SQUIRRELS for the day! Can you believe it? That’s just crazy. They beat the second place team by 50.

There were 12 on their team, so if anyone out there is wondering…yes, they were legal.
Now this little thing is just too cute to kill right? Don’t ask my boys that question!
I don’t eat them. Personally they look a little like rats with bushy tails, but let me tell you, those men love em! My daddy would have been all over this!
The PRIZED hunting dogs!!! They are actually the “B” team, but I think they’ve moved up to first string after yesterday!

Today is the last day of squirrel season for this year….they needed 34 more to break last years record…still waiting to see if they make it. To be continued….
Update: 6:30 p.m. - They ended up with 29 today…just 5 short of last years record: 912 That’s ok guys….909 is nothing shabby!
